Brown fat, is the fat that we are born with. Later we develop and store white fat. We save and use the white fat for emergencies like famine and the reproductive processes to further our species.  Babies are born with lots of brown fat that they utilize for energy to warm and to promote the normal rapid growth of their tiny bodies.

As our bodies mature to our reproductive years, our DNA signals changes in our hormones. Our hormones signal a chemical chain reaction that causes the rapid storage of the emergency white fat.

The problem is our DNA is structured, for a lifestyle eons old, that was mainly a raw foods vegetarian diet. In the beginning our ancestors did very little cooking. Biologically our DNA is basically still of this period. We are not designed very well to eat cooked foods from plant life. The proof is in the ever increasing numbers of overweight people. Male and female, that live mainly on processed and cooked foods. These people very seldom eat raw foods. If they do, they combine them with cooked foods, sauces and dressings. This eating life style dilutes and destroys the beneficial live mitochondria, enzymes and other nutrients needed to regulate their metabolism.  

When fruits, vegetables and nuts are cooked, the vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and proteins are changed or totally lost. This causes an energy conversion equation that did not exist when our DNA was being structured. Just as our planet and animals are suffering from our ignorant actions, we are suffering too. 

To reverse the damages that we do to ourselves, our wonderful animals and beautiful planet is a full time job that we must assume with an eager, focused, and willing attitude.  Anything short of this guarantees our demise.
